Prices are per person per day, with VAT and services included.

Please note: Our prices are fixed prices. For unused services (for example meals) no price reduction is foreseen.

Discounts for children:
Children under 2 years of age stay for free!
For children aged 2 but under 6, there's a 50% discount in price
For children aged 6 but under 10, there's a 30% discount in price

The price does not include the local tourist tax of € 3,20 per person per day (for guests aged 14 upwards). This tax must be paid in cash at the hotel.

On holiday with your dog: we welcome small dogs (up to 10 kg). Unfortunately, we cannot allow larger dogs or other pets in the apartment building. Cost per day: € 15.00. This price is for the stay only. It does not include other services such as dog-food, dog-sitting, etc.

• For short stays (1-2 nights), we add a supplement of € 10.00 per person per day.
  In the event of early departure, guests must still pay for the entire period booked.
• Deposit:
  To confirm your booking, we require a bank transfer of 30% of the total amount . You can also pay this deposit by credit card. Please phone us with your credit card details. As soon as we receive the deposit, we will send you booking confirmation (by e-mail, Fax or post). The deposit will then be deducted from your final bill.

• Cancellation Policy:
  If you wish to cancel your reservation, please let us know in writing.
  
  The following terms of cancellation apply:
  • In case you cancel your booking,your down payment will not be refunded.
  • within 14 days of arrival date, or in the event of no-show: the customer will be liable for 100% of the booking.

  We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance or holiday cancellation insurance.
